I’m happy with this overall. The quality feels good and it seems solid. It was a little stiff at first, but I think it’ll break in nicely with some use

My package showed up later than expected, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time. Kinda frustrating not knowing where it was.

I ordered from ABLE, it was fine overall—but it wasn’t exactly the smooth, effortless shopping experience I was hoping for. The site looks nice at first, like everything is about to go perfectly, and then a couple of pages decided to take their sweet time loading. Checkout also felt a little clunky, like I had to carefully navigate the final boss before placing my order. On the bright side, I got my confirmation email right away, which was reassuring. I just wish the sizing info and shipping details were easier to find before I paid. Not terrible by any means, but it could definitely be better

I had a small issue with my order and sent an email to ABLE late at night. They replied the next day, and it actually felt like a real person was helping me, not just sending a generic response.

They sorted everything out quickly and kept me updated along the way, which made the whole experience feel really smooth and stress-free. I definitely appreciated how easy they made it, and I’d order from them again...

I liked some of the designs a lot , they’re cute . A few pieces just felt a little too basic for the price though . The website itself is clean and easy to look around , so that was nice

I’ve been using this bag for a few months now, and it still looks really good. I expected some wear by now, but it’s held up nicely and it just makes it easy to keep using every day.

I wore these all day and found them super comfortable. They felt easy to move around in and I never had that feeling of wanting to take them off.

I really like what this brand is about, and their products have been nice so far. Nothing is ever totally perfect, but any small flaws don’t bother me much when the quality is good and I feel like I can trust the mission behind it

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, because apparently I can never get sizing right the first time. Setting up the exchange online was actually simple, and I was able to get the return label without having to email back and forth with anyone, which I really appreciated.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the refund for one item took longer than I thought it would. Refunds always feel like they take forever anyway, so maybe that’s just how it goes. The exchange showed up fine though, and customer service answered my question quickly.

I wasn’t too sure about buying clothes online, cause sizing can be all over the place. But this one fit me good. I looked at the size chart and just ordered my normal size, and it came out just how I wanted. Not too tight or anything weird. The length was nice too, so yeah I’m happy with it.
